We will not disclose your Social Security number to such providers unless necessary to effectuate the transaction. 5. We take our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer information, including but not limited to Social Security numbers, very seriously. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information, including but not limited to Social Security numbers, about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you, and to those other people who need to know that information for legal or regulatory purposes. 6. To serve you better, 1st Republic, its affiliates, joint marketing contractors and service providers share with each other information about you on a confidential basis. Such "non-experience" information will not be shared between us and our affiliates if you notify us in writing or by calling us at our toll-free number that you do not want such information shared.
